Super embarrassing depersonalization moment today...
A friend sent us a picture of someone in meme form (idk how else to explain it) and I didn't understand the joke so I asked "who is that?" to see if it would clear anything up.
It was me.

We've been having a dissociation flare up and it's to the point where it might not be safe for us to cook (keep leaving the oven/stove on by mistake, not paying attention while using knives, ect). Anyone have advice?
I have not been to the dentist in 13-14 years (since I was a kid, basically) and I've finally gotten the courage to call one and make an appointment, but they can't get me in until two months.
Sucks to have a dissociative amnesia disorder when you can't forget the things you actually want to forget.
Also sorry this is random but what do you guys get from starbucks? I have a giftcard from work and do not know what to get.

We got two new coworkers. One is a middle aged white lady, one is a pierced, tattooed, coloured hair young person.
I always ask new people their pronouns to vibe check them. The older lady said hers are she/her and she expressed that she normally asks people. The young one said she didn't use pronouns and said she wasn't part of the "alphabet mafia" when she saw our pride stuff.
No real point to this except you can never truly judge someone on their outward appearance. I honestly expected the opposite. To have someone so into the punk/emo scene be so bigoted is crazy to me.
A coworker is listening to a podcast where someone with DID is a murderer and I'm sitting here like can you not listen to that around me, thanks.
I can't be the only one who constantly forgets their age and has to think hard about it every time someone asks.
