Add loose-leaf tea and hot water to get the party started, then place the Perfectea Maker on your cup once it’s had a chance to steep. Brew your tea double-strength if you’re planning to enjoy it over ice.

I absolutely LOVE the Perfectea Maker by Teavana! It is so convenient to use to make tea! You steep loose-leaf tea inside the tea maker, and when the tea is done, you place the tea maker on top of your tea cup, and the tea comes out of the tea maker, directly into your cup! You don’t have to worry about straining the tea with a separate strainer. Even when I’ve used a French press to make decaf coffee, some of the coffee grounds still manage to get into the cup, which is so annoying. You don’t have to worry about any of the loose-leaf tea getting into your cup. I personally use a 16 oz. Perfectea Maker, but Teavana does sell a 32 oz. one. And there are different colors available too! I highly recommend this device for making tea!! (Note: if you have a favorite tea cup and its diameter is larger than the diameter of the Perfectea Maker, it won’t work. You’d have to put the Perfectea Maker on a correctly-sized tea cup, and then transfer it to your favorite tea cup.)
