Legundo in particular is, as stated, an Ice Dragonborn. Amongst notable features of this sub-species of Dragonborn are:

Partial fur coverage; frostbite-coloured hands and feet;

Deer-like horns (Legs keeps his short enough to hide with his hair. Not only to better blend in among humans, but also because they tend to snag on things, and they get heavy even without all the icicles, which messes with the man's balance)

Horn-like ears, typically referred to as ear horns due to their rigid nature. This feature, notably, makes them more sensitive to the vibrations of sound – Ice Dragonborn are famous for their hearing.

Legundo has an eye pendant – the Eye of the Architect, given to him by the man himself back when Legundo was still the King in the North (that's Game of Thrones Scenario and 100dmv lore and headcanons mixed in, yes).

That meeting drastically changed the then-king's religious beliefs, which led to him being overthrown and executed (don't worry, a 3000 yrs long nap fixed the decapitation. To kill a Dragonborn, you need a Dragonborn, after all, and Legs doesn't hate himself that much).
