I’ve raved and raved about Pecan Lodge’s amazing bbq more than once. On this blog, on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, in your face. I still believe they have some incredible BBQ, but that’s probably where they should stay. I typically never veer off and try something that isn’t the restaurant’s specialty. Have enjoyed visiting many of the Texas Monthly Best BBQ restaurants. Normally we avoid the lines by visiting during the week, but here we ate on Saturday and stood in an hour long line at the Pecan Lodge. Definitely worth the wait!!
