I'm turning this into my training blog, as I'm going to be doing the Pacific Crest Trail with my boyfriend in a little over a year :)

Walked almost 8 miles before noon. I'm going on a run with my boyfriend after work. Omg I'm so excited were doing our first day of C25K together!
PCT's have to maintain a direct contact with patients and perform tasks at hand so that the patient feels comfortable, clean and safe. There are many ways the patient care technician help you live when you are in pain. It's an demanding job and requires you to be active always.

New PCT Gear for 💁 Heather: Black Diamond Women's Trail Pro Shock Trekking Poles. 63-125 cm. Weight: 18oz. HD's height: 5'9
Heather purchased these poles because the brand was recommended by several thru hikers. Also, previous PCT & AT Hikers suggested shock absorption poles. She purchased BD Tip Protectors because to make her poles last longer in case she comes across rocks or similar surfaces.
If Heather faces snow, she will take off the tips and will be happy the pole ends will be sharp. Also, BD is a skiing company, therefore she feels confident the poles will do well in the snow.
