This used to be a hard question for me, often coming down to Cascade, Descend, or Caliborn: Enter. Thankfully, I've recently been given an out in [S] GAME OVER. I really like the music (granted the whole Cherubim album is fantastic), the varying art styles work really well together, and it managed to emotionally convey a chaotic maelstrom of death and destruction. Also the ending with Caliborn reaching for the mouse made me laugh, which was an accomplishment after everything else that happened in that few minutes.
