Bella and her four year old daughter are newbies in NY, running away from the scandal that has become of her former small town life. Edward, on the other hand, the Golden Boy of tabloids everywhere in the New York i unfazed by every little story that comes up about him, nothing can ever stop him from playing hard after working hard. However, when their complicated lives meet at crossroads and Edward develops an immediate attachment to both ladies, how will they deal with tainted pasts and an uncertain future?

This fic had me on edge for days after I finished reading it. Bella, tormented by her past relationship and putting her daughter's - Maddie - welfare first before anything else, is very guarded and refuses to let anyone get too close to them, especially someone with a life and reputation like Edward, but what she couldn't control is the dynamic between Maddie and Edward, like two pieces of a puzzle perfectly designed for each other. And it doesn't help that she and Edward are also attracted to each other. They both have really complicated pasts and with both of their histories with rumors and whatnots, it's one heck of a roller coaster ride, but everything just falls into place whenever Maddie and Edward have their moments (she calls him EdWOOD!!!) and when the three of them unconsciously fall into their family dynamics. 

It's HEA so don't worry but this is a real must read if you like some drama and an adorable Edwood.
