Concrete Flowers (westlake2018)
Bunnies in blackthorn
Another pattern repeat, because I haven't done one in forever. This is inspired by a specific place I like to visit, which is currently covered in blackthorn and gorse flowers and populated by a large amount of rabbits.
Some more surface designs
I’ve been wanting to do another pattern repeat for a while and I’ve especially been craving sea-inspired subjects to draw. I watched a documentary a little while ago about whales, specifically whale sharks, and it reminded me of how much I love the way they look.Â
Fish in general are so graceful and whale sharks are so massive and gentle. I love gentle giants (elephants are one of my favourite animals). They’re so mysterious as well, because no one really knows how or where they breed.Â
I think I might play with this a little more since I think the repeat could be a little more varied.Â
