Today on NoFoodReviews: pască (yes the a has a sign on top, it’s an a-breve)

As you probably have guessed it’s something your grandma would bake for Easter, only too bad grandma is thousand miles away and Romanian Easter is only next week (don’t ask). So all you’ll get is a years old picture of this pască: half pound cake, half cottage cheese, cream and raisins seasonal delicacy. I have no idea about baking so you’ll have to look somewhere else for the recipe, sorry… but enjoy the view!

 PS and it might have even vanilla 🤔

The Sermon on the Light – If Your Eye Be Single, Your Whole Body Shall Be Full Of Light: I begin by sharing this unique arrangement of passages on the theme of spiritual-mystical Light attributed to Jesus found in all of the available ancient texts.
