The OFFICIAL remix that I was so honored and blessed to have done, as requested directly from Phonte of The Foreign Exchange, along with Nicolay's exclamation point as they both approved and placed me as Track #6/Disc 1 of their "Reworks" album (right before ?uestlove & James Poyser's track)! Was even more of a compliment considering that instead of sending me all the instrumental stems, they only sent me the acapella vocal tracks, meaning he was trusting me to come up with the music all on my own :) I did my best not to disappoint and was glad they loved it (let alone the fact I was essentially also collab'ing with 2/3 of the amazing KING, via Paris and Amber Strother's vocals).
This was released 4 days after my bday in 2013, so this was a late gift as it were ;)
