Involved: Leah Moreno + Eric Summers
Method: Chatzy
As Eric drove to Leah's, he couldn't tell if he was making a smart decision or was he doing something he'd regret. She has said she wanted to race, but this wasn't something to be taken lightly. For now though, he just wanted her to see what it was like before letting her get behind the wheel of a car. At least he could say he was being cautious? Once he arrived at her house, he texted her to let her know he was outside.
Leah was sitting in her bedroom since she got home from school, waiting until it was time for her to meet Eric. Coming back to Burkett wasn't something she was particularly happy about, considering one of the reasons that had made her leave; being bored apparently led her to make the worst decisions, but this didn't sound so bad. Hearing her phone buzz, she smiled lightly and stood up, gathering her things before walking out the door. "Oh, you actually came."
Eric "Yeah well, even though it's against my better judgement, I don't have anything to lose this really." With that, he startd to walk back to his car with his. "You didn't tell anyone about this right?", he asked?
Leah rolled her eyes, smiling. "Again, you think too much sometimes." She followed him to his car, humming at the question. "The whole town. I need an audience. --Of course I didn't, Eric."
Eric laughed a little as he got in his card. "If you're trying to talk me out of not being precautious, it's not gonna happen." He was glad she hadn't told anyone though. Truth be told, the last thing he needed after the wrecks around here was people guilting him because of what he did in his free time. He started his car up and started to drive to the familiar spot. "This'll be a slow night, so it'll be good to watch and learn.", he nodded with a smile towards her.
Leah buckled up, leaning her head against the window. "I'm not, I wouldn't be so cooperative if I was." She laughed, shrugging her shoulders. "I think it's funny, considering you are the one that pulls this off, but I don't mind. I guess." Speaking with a teasing tone, she looked back at the road. "Great! I'm excited."
Eric smiled as he drove. "How's your head after the party last night? I wasn't wasted if I recall, but I remember having a decent time."
Leah glanced over at him, tilting her head to the side. "I blame you and your whole scouting mission for not being drunk. It wasn't bad at all, though."
Eric laughed a little. "I blame you for my scouting mission not being a success, thank you very much. Not that I minded.", he smirked at her before turning his attentions back to the road.
Leah blinked, fighting a laugh. "I have no idea what you're talking about, I didn't do anything." She smiled, watching him. "I had a feeling you didn't."
Eric "Suuure you don't.", he rolled his eyes and shook his head. "You're a welcome distraction, so like I said, at least we had fun. I haven't properly done that with a girl besides my ex in ages." Softly sighing, he continued to drive to the races. "Just so you know, some of the other girls there are sorta...uppity. They might get jealous of a female driver."
Leah shrugged, raising her eyebrows curiously. "You need to have fun, Eric. Especially considering that decision you made about letting her go." She pushed his shoulder lightly, flashing him a smile. "Oh, I don't mind. I love a good fight." She let out a dramatic sigh as she laughed. "I can't take them."
Eric smiles at her softly as he nods. "Letting go, yeah. I think that's a good motto." He could see the track on the horizon and sped up a bit. "I know you can't take them, that's why I've got your back.", he chuckled as he parked.
Leah nodded, smiling back at him. "It is. Makes things easier, at least for me." She laughed. "Oh, you're my knight in shiny armor. Thank you." Leaning over, she kissed his cheek, before looking outside with a wide grin. "Should we go?"
Eric smiled as she kissed his cheek. "Will I get more of that if you win a race?", he said with a smirk and started to get out the car. "Yeah, I'll lead the way."
Leah winked playfully. "Keep me in a good mood and we'll see." She got out of the car, running her hand through her hair as she looked around curiously.
Eric decided to keep a mental note of that as he shut his car door. "Nothing's started yet, but we can go over and say hey to people.", he said before motioning her to follow him.
Leah followed him closely, considering she didn't know anyone around. "I figure it usually starts later, right?" She looked up at him, chewing on the inside of her cheek.
Eric "Not too long, just probably warming up before they start.", he said before waving to some guys he knew as they waved at him. "Boys, I know this is gonna come as a shock to you, but this right here, is a hot girl. Promise you won't faint on me?", he said with a laugh. One of the boys, Peyton, gave Leah and Eric a small look as he laughed a bit. "We got it Summers, this your new girl?", he asked.
Leah nodded. "Oh, alright." She let out a light laugh, looking over at the guys, before giving Eric an amused look. "Hi, the hot girl's name is Leah." Nodding, she wrinkled her nose. "Yes, we're all over each other, I figured I might show my face." She chuckled.
Eric rolled his eyes before playfully slugging Peyton in the arm. "She's a friend, you numbskull. Anyway, I'm showing Leah the ropes, just watching a race. Think you guys can help me keep the creeps away?", he asked the pair. The other boy, Timmy, nodded and patted Eric on the shoulder. "No problem man, we've got your back.", he said before pointing them to a seat up in the stands. "We're up here, come sit by us when you guys are ready." He started walking toward the benches with Matthew, who was slightly rubbing his arm that was hit. Eric shook his head, looking over at Leah. "They're nice guys. Peyt's just a little thick."
Leah watched them in silence for a while, smiling playfully. She looked around curiously, biting her lower lip as she studied everything around them, her attention being drawn back to the group when they started walking. "Don't worry, they're fine. I can handle it pretty well." She grinned.
Eric let out a sigh in relief as she didn't mind those two. At least she could handle the least offensive ones, he thought. "Alright. Well their about to start soon, so we should go sit up by the stands."
Leah nodded, motioning for him to lead the way. "Let's go then, I don't want to miss anything." She bumped her hip against his before speeding up.
Eric walks up to the stands, saying hey to a few people before taking his seat.
Leah sat up next to him, leaning back slightly and biting her lip. "Do you usually race, too?"
Eric nods as he leans back in his seat, looking out at the track. "Usually. but I haven't really raced for real in a while. Just haven't had a reason to until recently."
Leah pursed her lips, turning her head to look at him, unsure whether she should ask him the reason or not. Sighing softly, she decided to do it. "The whole crash thing?"
Eric nods as he corrects her. "Crashes." One guy dies, two people I really care about get hurt in an accident...kinda took the fun out.", he sighs slightly, biting his lower lip.
Leah frowned, nodding her head in understanding. "I guess you're right." She inhaled deeply, nudging his shoulder. "Perk up, though. You're supposed to keep me in a good mood, remember? No sad thoughts." She smiled.
Eric smiles over at her."You're right. I did say no more bummer times right?" He nudged her shoulder and sat up, eyeing the races about to start. "Thanks."
Leah nodded. "You did, so keep it that way. Or I'll be forced to remember the old you." She moved comfortably, looking over at the tracks. "Don't mention it."
Eric nodded before watching the races and the people start to look up and cheer the cars going. "Now watch carefully."
Leah pressed her lips together, smiling as she watches the race intently, her eyes locked on the cars.
Eric folds his arms and leans back as he watches, noticing the little shortcuts some of the racers were taking. One in particular, caught his eye, and brought it to Leah's attention. "You see the way he clipped him as he turned? He's trying to make him swereve and stop his momentum."
Leah nodded slowly, focusing on the one he's mentioning. She bit her lip, shrugging one shoulder. "I noticed." She murmured, crossing her legs. "It did slowed him down for a while. It's easier to get them with the turns, right? It gives you more time."
Eric nods at her response, somewhat impressed. "Yeah, the turns are where people make their move. You've gotta take advantage..but you want to be careful too.", he said as he ran his fingers through his hair. "You see how fast their going too? That's over 90 miles per hours. Can you handle that?"
Leah smiled lightly, leaning back. "Yep, definitely don't want to make a mistake there." She agreed, glancing at him. "Of course I am. It's part of the reason why I want to do it, too. It's thrilling."
Eric "Almost possibly dying is thrilling?" Eric chuckles and looks over at her, shrugging. "I'll try my best to teach you safe driving techniques if you'd like."
Leah rolled her eyes, biting her lip. "Yes? Is it not? I don't know how to explain, but it definitely makes you feel more alive, if that makes any sense at all. Please, feel free to give me your reasons to do it." She laughed, nodding her head. "Yeah, I'd like that."
Eric furrows his brows, darting his eyes back and forth as he thinks. "I was mostly bored when I started. I guess if I can say that's my reason, I guess yours is just a good. Not sure if you're tough enough for it though, think you can hang out there?"
Leah shrugged one shoulder, letting out a laugh. "Have you met me, Eric? I am always bored. With every single aspect of this dreadful town. This is just a way to escape it, I guess." She sighed, smirking. "I'm not expecting to win right away, but I definitely know I can do it."
Eric bites his lip as he hears her, nodding and nudging her shoulder. "Ugh, you really want to do this don't you? There's no talking you out of it?" He let out a huff, and admitted defeat. "Fine."
Leah chuckled, tapping his shoulder lightly. "You do know that, knowing in advance that you'll be trying to talk me out of it, I know exactly what to say, right? You're not that hard to convince." She sighed, clapping her hands with excitement. "Good!"
Eric leans back in his seat and lets out a small laugh. "Fine, fine. We'll just start off slow. Maybe my car or something." Watching her clap excitedly, he couldn't help but chuckle and smile at the girl.
Leah smiled, blinking her eyes playfully. "Alright, sounds good to me." She pointed her finger at him, narrowing her eyes as she tried to fight a laugh. "Don't laugh at me."
Eric shakes his head as he swats her finger way from him and continues to laugh. "I can't help it. You just think you're so tough. It's cute is all."
Leah huffed, laughing. "I don't think I'm tough, I just don't care as much as you do." She returned, shaking her head. "And, well, I know what I can do, too."
Eric "Yeah yeah.", he says as he watches as the race finishes and chuckles. "And that my friend, is an illegal street race. How'd you like it?"
Leah cheered with the rest of the people, grinning. "Looks exciting." She admitted, biting her lip. "It's definitely a good idea. Thank you for bringing me here."
Eric nods. "No problem. Also..", he pointed out toward the track. "Sometimes we race for money or expensive shit. So you never know who you'll be facing. Always keep an eye out for shady people, yeah?"
Leah inhaled sharply, looking at the track curiously, her eyes slightly narrowed. "I expected that. I'll be sure to pay attention to that." She nodded once. "Do you win a lot?"
Eric "Well I don't race a whole lot, I'm more of a manager if anything.", he tried to explain. "This whole thing got so popular that I just stopped trying to govern every single track, so I stick to the places I know and just make sure the guys in charge of the other tracks know who started this whole thing." Taking in deep breath, he allowed a smile to spread across his face. "I'm not really in this for the money, I just like that rush of being sorta in charge of this, you know?"
Leah nodded, looking back at him in silence as she listened to his words. "This is pretty amazing, you know that? Not that it's something amazingly new and impossible to pull out, but it's still interesting. Especially if you consider how old you were when you started it and that it's still kind of a secret." She smiled, shrugging one shoulder. "Of course. It makes sense."
Eric nods a bit at her. "No, it makes sense. I just had a lot of free time. I was never one for school activities or clubs, and my friends weren't pretty preoccupied. Though I did get some of their friends into it..but they weren't really my friends so..", he shrugged. "But it's not that big a deal. Somebody will take over and help out when I leave. It's as simple as that." Smiling, he looked over at her. "Wanna get outta here?"
Leah shrugged one shoulder. "No, it's not. That doesn't mean you didn't pull out something good. Just take the compliment, they don't come that often." She responded with a laugh, standing up. "Definitely, yeah. Late night snack."
Eric "Noted Moreno, noted.", he nodded before standing up as well. "Sounds good. You're buying.", he said with a laugh as he waved goodbye to his friends behind him and started walking down from the stands.
Leah laughed, waving at the guys, before turning back to him. "So much for a gentleman." She sighed dramatically, walking beside him. "What are we getting? And please, something unhealthy."
Eric "Hey I showed you a race, the least you can do is buy me a meal. C'mon.", he smiled as he walked to his car. "Burgers? I already had my fill of fries today."
Leah huffed, fighting a smile as they walked. "I am kidding, shhh." Pushing his shoulder, she finally laughed a little louder. "Oh, I almost forgot. No buying anything for you. You go ask the fries for a free burger, Summers."
Eric raises his brows as he opens his car door. "Why are you not buying me food again? This could be easily solved if you just bought us both burgers, you know.", he pondered.
Leah smiled, getting into the car. "Nope. I'm still hurt about earlier today, I can't just give you a burger like that." She joked, scrunching up her nose.
Eric buckles his seatbelt before folding his arms. "Then we'll just sit there until somebody buys food.", he started driving and smirked over at her.
Leah bit down on her lip, looking over at him. "I don't know about you, but I think I can actually make that happen for me."
Eric "Well see then.", he says as he starts driving to the restaurant drive in.
Leah nodded and let out a sigh, leaning her head against the window.
Eric continues to drive as he glances over at her. "You have a good time?"
Leah smiled, relaxing into her seat. "Yes, I actually did." She looked back at him. "I would ask the same thing, but I figure the answer is obvious since you watch those frequently."
Eric "It was kind of an easy race, but they can't all be winners. But yeah, I liked it fine. Just glad I could bring someone out here for once." Eric reached the restaurant, parking and turning the car off. "Well we're here. You're buying right?"
Leah hummed lightly. "I'm happy you did." Fighting a laugh, she narrowed her eyes at him. "What? I thought I was going to watch you seduce someone until we had free food."
Eric "Nooo..I thought you were buying me food since I showed you the ropes, rookie.", he said raising his brows and letting out a small sigh. "Alright, I'll buy it, but only because of what you said earlier when you kissed my cheek: 'keep me happy and you might get more'", he reminded her.
Leah chuckled, raising her eyebrows. "Did I?" She bit the corner of her lip, studying his expression, before finally nodding her head once more. "Keep up the good work, then."
Eric nods before getting out of the car and going to order their food, he pays, then comes back out and gets back in the car. "Quick and easy, here we go.", he opened the bag and grabbed his food, then passed the bag to her.
Leah took the bag from him with a smile. "It smells good." She grinned, grabbing her burger and taking a bite.
Eric unwraps his burger before leaning back in his seat and taking a bite.
Leah turned slightly on her seat so she's facing Eric, taking another bite of her food. "So, tell me something."
Eric takes another bite of his foods and swallows before answering. "What do you want to know?"
Leah shrugged, looking at him curiously. "Whatever you feel like sharing, I guess."
Eric shrugs a little. "Uh..my favorite color is blue, I don't have any pets, and in the third grade I once farted and blamed it on the girl next to me."
Leah pressed her lips together, before bursting out laughing. "Oh my God, Eric! Wow."
Eric laughs a bit at her response as he turns to face her. "You said you wanted to know something, so there you go!."
Leah gave him a look as she tried to stop laughing. "You're a weirdo. Why do I talk to you again?"
Eric "Because I'm awesome?", he told her honestly, or at least what he thought of himself. "Your turn."
Leah waved her hand dismissively, taking another bite. "You tried." Chewing on her food, she pursed her lips in thought, before speaking up again. "Well, my favorite color is purple, I have two dogs and two tattoos."
Eric finishes his burger and puts the foil in the bag, raising his brows. "Sounds cool. Where are your tattoos?"
Leah let out a soft breath, leaning her head against the seat. "My hand and neck." She said, before finishing her food as well.
Eric "What are they of?", he asked.
Leah showed him the one on her hand, smiling. "It's the Om symbol." She moved her hair over her shoulder to show the other one, laughing lightly. "And a butterfly. I really liked it at the time, I guess."
Eric "I like it, at least you didn't get Asian characters you can't translate yourself.", he nodded, brushing his fingers along the tattoo on her neck gently.
Leah closed her eyes for a moment when she feels his touch. "Yeah, I'd rather know what I have written in my body." She laughed lightly, before looking back at him.
Eric smiles as he starts to massage her neck. "How am I doing so far on the keeping you happy bit?", he asked her curiously.
Leah leaned into his touch. "You're not so bad at it. You've earned it" She responded, smiling as she leaned forward and brushed her lips against his gently.
Eric smiled against her lips as he returned the kiss, tilting her chin up.
Leah moved a little closer to him, resting her head on his chest as they kiss.
Eric pulls her closer to him, pulling her on his lap as he deepens the kiss.
Leah smiled into the kiss, pushing her tongue against his as she straddled his waist.
Eric slides his hand down to her hips, pulling her closer to him as they kiss.
Leah cupped his neck, humming lightly as she deepened the kiss more.
Eric presses his tongue against hers, moving his hips up into hers.
Leah massaged his tongue with her own, letting out a soft breath.
Eric presses his hands to her sides, kissing her more intently.
Leah rolled her hips into his, moving her hands down to his chest.
Eric slips his hands down her back, pushing her shirt up slightly and groans against her lips.
Leah smiled into the kiss, tugging at this shirt when she felt a shiver running down her spine.
Eric pulls back from the kiss as he starts to pull her shirt up more, looking up at her for approval.
Leah nodded her head, breathing out slowly as she looked at him with a smile.
Eric nods as he pulls her shirt over her head, reconnecting their lips quickly.
Leah smiled, shaking her head as she spoke softly. "Not yet." She pecked his lips, pulling his shirt up as well. "Take this off, too."
Eric chuckles as he pulls his shirt off. "You just wanted me shirtless.", he muttered as he slid his hand to unhook her bra with a smirk.
Leah rolled her eyes as she laughed, nipping at his lower lip. "Well it's only fair, considering you want me naked." She teased, trailing her fingertips down his chest.
Eric "You're not exactly objecting so..", he whispered as he trailed his hand to her breasts, palming them as he moves his hips into hers.
Leah smirked. "I told you, you're not so bad." She reconnected their lips fervently, letting out a low moan.
Eric "How not bad am I?", he said against her lips, one hand trailing down her torso, unbuttoning her jeans and trying to push them down.
Leah moved off of him slightly to take off her pants, trailing her lips down to his neck. "Enough to make me want you."
Eric tilts his head to the side, allowing her to kiss his neck, his fingertips teasing her center over her underwear.
Leah moaned softly against his skin, moving her hands down to unbutton his jeans quickly.
Eric helps her pull down his jeans, kicking them off before pulling down her underwear.
Leah bit down on his skin gently, tugging down his boxers.
Eric lifts his hips to let his boxers fall to the floor of the car, pressing his hips to hers.
Leah let out a small sound, capturing his lips in hers again as she moves her hips into his.
Eric kisses her deeply, before reaching into his glove compartment on his side and hand opens a condom, handing it to her to roll on him.
Leah returned the kiss and took the condom from his hand, rolling it on his length as she lifts her hips to position herself.
Eric steadies his hands on her hips shutting his eyes as he feels her center on his tip, groaning slightly. "Fuck, c'mon.."
Leah smirked against his lips, letting out a low moan as she lowered herself down on him.
Eric moans against her lips, slowly moving his hips up into hers, squeezing her hips.
Leah kissed him harder, sliding her hands down his arms as she moved her hips into his.
Eric moves his hips up faster, pressing his chest to hers as he nips at her lip.
Leah let out a shallow breath as she looked at him, rolling her hips harder into his to meet his thrusts.
Eric "Fuck Lea..", he groans as he uses one hand to squeeze her backside as he moves his hips harder and faster into hers.
Leah whined, tilting her head back as her nails graze at his skin softly. "Shit..."
Eric moves his hips quicker into hers and moaning, capturing her lips once more.
Leah pressed herself close to him, returning the kiss eagerly as she moved harder into him.
Eric pushes his hips to hers faster, feeling his peak nearing, and uses his free hand to reach inbetween them and rub her clit. "C'mon.."
Leah tugged at his lower lip, fighting a louder moan when her body started to tense up. "Eric.."
Eric feels her tightening around him, fighting it off as he moves his hips more erratically.
Leah pressed herself against him, moving her hips harder until she reached her peak, moaning against his lips.
Eric continues to move his hips as she hits her climax, soon hitting his own after hers and leaning back into the seat. "Shit.."
Leah continued to move her hips to let them ride out of their climaxes, dropping her head on his shoulder.
Eric fights to catch his breath, breathing softly as he wraps his arms lightly around her.
Leah kissed his shoulder gently, breathing out slowly with a smile.
Eric rubs her back a bit, looking down at her with a small laugh. "You're not so bad either, you know.", he admitted.
Leah furrowed her eyebrows, giving him an amused look. "How not bad am I'" She repeated his question, pressing her lips to his jawline.
Eric raises his brows as he considers her question, darting his eyes down to hers. "You're cool enough to hook up with in an empty Wendy's parking lot." He chuckled as he looked at his surroundings.
Leah laughed lightly, pressing her lips together as she looks around, before returning her gaze to his. "That answer is not good at all."
Eric shrugs a little as he leans back. "What can I say? You've kinda drained my cutesy answer quota for the night.", he said with a laugh. "I think we should get outta here though before someone wonders why this car was rocking so much."
Leah wrinkled her nose. "That was actually better." She laughed as she moved off of him with a sigh. "We should." Nodding her head, she went back to her seat and slip on her underwear.
Eric slipped off the condom and threw it out the door, before putting on his boxers on then the rest of his clothes.
Leah picked up her clothes and put them on, before moving her hands through her hair.
Eric slips on the last of his clothes, his shirt, before rolling down the window. Looking over at her, he smiles a bit, before starting up his car.
Leah smiled back at him, leaning back into her seat and letting out a soft breath.
Eric starts driving. "Should I take you home or do you have somewhere else to be?", he asked.
Leah shrugged her shoulders, looking over at him. "Home. I don't think there's anything else going on."
Eric "Will do then.", he said before starting the drive to her house. "I know this answer's a yes, but I need to ask. You had a good time?"
Leah fought a laugh, tiling her head to the side as she blinks. "Not really, no."
Eric laughed a bit as he drove, shrugging. "Well whatever, I had a fucking fantastic time, so that's all that counts in the end."
Leah laughed, raising her eyebrows. "Good. You know I'm kidding, but if you do need me to say it, yes. It was a great night."
Eric "Yeah I know you're kidding. But yeah, this kinda helped me blow off some stress. So if you ever need me to do the same, well let's just try this in more a more roomy place.", he said with a laugh before pulling up in front of her house. "This is your stop."
Leah nodded her head, smiling. "I'll keep that in mind." She wrinkled her nose, chuckling as she grabbed her things. "Thanks. Goodnight, Eric."
Eric waves to her with a smile as he watches her exit the car. "See ya around, Leah.", he spoke before watching her enter her house. After taking a second glace at her home once she entered it, Eric drove back to his house, feeling pretty great all things considered.
