Be Ambitious •••Amber&Eric
Another day, another bottle of booze was singing its siren song from across the academy grounds in her dorm room. The last class of the day had ended only seconds before and the healer was already imagining the sweet taste of the cake flavored vodka she’d bought a few days ago. It wasn’t the best shit, but it was sweet and hella fast to get her fucked up, and that was all that mattered.
Amber was too stuck on the thought of her alcoholic stowaway in the dorms to realize that she was walking smack into some poor chick’s back, causing her to stumble forward and ultimately fall over in a really bad landing. The healer winced, not only from the impact of herself into this body that she hadn’t seen, but from the audible snap of something as the girl fell. It didn’t sound good. Pulling the edges of her lips back and scrunching her nose in an ‘oh shit’ expression, Amber dove down after the girl and tried to help her up while apologizing profusely.
The girl was in tears and clutching her foot, though she seemed not so much bothered by Amber’s causing the situation than the pain. Not one to just leave when there was an injury casing pain for someone, Amber sighed and took on her healer expertise. “Sorry, but if you give me just a second, I’ll get you back to normal, yo.” The girl just nodded as she tried to hold back the tears, and Amber quickly assessed the damage with a few light prods to the ankle. It was fractured, but not broken. Well good. That made things easier.
“This might hurt a little more for a few seconds, but it should go away really soon.” With a deep breath, Amber pushed her palm onto the ankle bone with moderate pressure that probably felt hella painful to the girl, but her healing powers were already at work mending up the fracture until it was fixed and the girl was no longer crying. ercnvmstr-ia
