Sebastian sighs as he practically has to drag Nicole onto the subway, on their way to meet Blaine and Sam outside of their place. She’s lucky that she’s cute because this attitude she has? Really not working for her.

“I get that you don’t feel like going out but that’s precisely the point.” He says, moving with the subway’s soft jolts and twists.

Nicole rolls her eyes, “I don’t remember you being this nice before you were dating Blaine.”

Sebastian snorts, “Excuse you, I’m nice all the time,” Which at least makes her smile, “You needed to get out of the apartment, ever since your ex showed up, it’s been tense. I just want to make sure you’re okay.”

Nicole lets out a long sigh as she exits the subway with Sebastian, “And that’s going out with your boyfriend and his best friend?”

Sebastian shrugs, sticking his hands into his pockets. “It certainly wouldn’t hurt. His friend’s hot, if that’s any help. Not single but, that’s never stopped us before.”

Blaine takes in a deep breath of ocean air when they walk up to the beach. He takes a look around, chewing on his lower lip as he smiles and feels that same giddy excitement well up in his belly.

This is definitely far greater than the beaches he's been to in LA. Less trash, for one, and the water doesn't seem to have a weird, oily film on it--at least as far as he can tell from the distance he's standing away.

He takes a step into the sand, wanting to remove his sandals but knowing it's too hot to walk in before taking a look at Sebastian. Their hands slip effortlessly into one another, waffling their fingers.

"This is...I mean, it's taking my breath away," He admits, "I can't believe this is a view you're used to seeing." He laughs.

Blaine knows that this isn’t permanent or anything but it certainly feels like that while he lies in bed watching his husband pack. He has to admit that he’s incredibly jealous that Sebastian’s going to the ocean near sector 1 for supplies for his job. He can’t remember the last time he was on an honest to god beach but it’s been a while. He’s always loved the water.

Three weeks though?

It’s a long time to be apart. Blaine tries to tell himself that they spent almost two weeks apart all the time before they were married, Sebastian not interested and Blaine trying too hard. But it’s different now, ever since they’ve become closer...in love, they rarely spent a day apart from one another.

He’s going to miss him and worry about him. What if...he stops loving him or something with time away to think about all the things he’s been missing out on being married to him?

Blaine shakes his head as he gets out of the car with Sebastian at the train station, grabbing one of his bags and holding onto his husband’s hand with another.

“I don’t think you realize how much I’m going to miss you.” He says as they get up on the platform, a slight pout to his lower lip. “Three weeks is a long time.”

This long weekend was either going to be an amazing idea or a terrible one, Riley’s not sure yet. He’s seen a lot of horror movies start like this, a bunch of friends heading to a cabin in the woods for some time together. Though, Riley’s invited Noelle because why not and he’s still not sure if things between her and Spencer are less than icy. 

“Don’t make me regret coming this weekend.” He warns his friend as he gets out of the jeep. 

Spencer scoffs, gathering some stuff from the trunk to take inside his family’s cabin. It’s a nice place with a dock in the back, fully stocked from Spencer’s family’s time there during the summer’s. Now that the weather is turning colder, this is the perfect time for Riley to be in the woods but...

“I have no idea what you’re talking about,” Spencer scoffs, “And it’s not my fault you invited Noelle. Drama.” 

Riley glares at him, helping him with a cooler. “I mean it, be nice. I’ll leave.” 

His friend smirks, “Well, we wouldn’t want that.” 

He smiles despite himself and rolls his eyes, helping him carry things inside. At least he knows that Spencer is a good dude that has his best concerns at heart...can’t quite say the same thing about Avery, so.
