1. Papagaster!! You know, the guy who is only mentioned in the beginning of the fifth sally and gets fired long before the actual events? The guy who was one of the most important robots in Balerion's court and hated how unserious he was? Yeah, that guy.

I've had a design for him in my head and sketchbooks for a while but this is my first time properly coloring him. I couldn't resist making him look at least a bit like the more popular guy named Gaster, obviously. He also resembles a rook chess piece because in my headcanon, Cymberia used to be a chess themed kingdom until Balerion messed it all up.

2. Speaking of Balerion... he got a barely noticable design change. I changed his color palette a little bit. Most of the colors were picked directly from a picture of that old Princess Celestia toy that was pink for some reason.

I really like how he looks now with the yellow accents (instead of a more golden color). It makes his crown look more like a cheap accessory that comes with a toy. Fitting for a guy who is not taking his job as a king seriously.

I also changed his hair a little. Tried to make it more curly and messy because I want him to kinda look like Weird Al when he was younger. A very on the nose reference to the fact that he is my headcanon voice for this fellow...

3.Trurl!! With and without his fancy outfit. I think I will stick with the new hairstyle, I really enjoy drawing it ^_^. Another potentially controversial design change I made was shortening his moustache. Sorry. I loved the ridiculously long one as much as the next guy, but it was a bit annoying to draw because it would often form tangents with his hair...

The fact that I bothered to give him shorts in the second one is kinda silly. He is a robot. He has nothing to hide. That's why I didn't even put any warnings. But idk man I just didn't feel like drawing him without anything. So like. Imagine a continuation of the baroque swirls but shaped sorta like a pelvis over there. Ok?
