I also wanted to ask for your help in finding an old comic. I vaguely remember reading a comic where Jason is writing some kind of letter/report/story about a mission he did with Bruce? I always assumed that was one of those once-canon details that led to the popular headcanon of Jason being a literature nerd. But I've been rereading his post-crisis run (I've never read his pre-crisis run as Robin IIRC), and I can’t seem to find that comic issue?? IDK if I'm misremembering it or if I've completely hallucinated it or what, but it's been bothering me for days now 😂😂😂

it also sounds like Batman #413 (since you mention it's one of those fan favorite moments and this one is used A LOOOT) but the report he's working on isn't about a case
