who is your biggest inspiration/motivator? Big fan of Rosalind Franklin, but I think this xkcd comic sums up my love of all lady scientists pretty well. 

what’s your favorite flavor of ice cream? Peppermint! or raspberry.

would you rather be too hot or too cold? As much as I hate both intensely, i'd rather it be too hot. I'd rather be whiny and sweaty than grouchy and frozen. 

what school subject do/did you like best? Well, I probably did the best in my art classes, but i always liked my science classes best.

Pirates or Ninjas?

Make a list of rules that your family (or whoever you choose) would have to follow if you made the rules.

TV schedule: allotted number of live tv shows per week per family member so we don't have chillins fighting over different mid-season finales et al

Family meetings: once a week or every two weeks for grocery lists/meal plans, chores for the weeks, family events

those are the main things that would keep everything in order.

curfew and things like that would all be determined by how responsible i think they are!!

ooh ok here goes

1. my subway order is a footlong spicy italian on italian bread (or cheese and herb if i'm feeling particularly adventurous) with lettuce, cucumber, peppers, pickles and olives and sometimes jalepenos depending on if i want spicy that day, and then lots of southwest sauce because it's the best sauce. (though i am also partial to a meatball marinara once in a while).

2. i'm just starting to get into gaming beyond the sims/old tomb raider. my current obsession is assassin's creed which i'm playing on windows (brotherhood, at the moment) but i'm thinking of getting a second hand ps3 so i can play uncharted/the last of us/other games and free up that space on my computer.

3. i tried applewood smoked beef jerky for the first time today. it was pretty nice.

4. i'm currently reading the spanish version of divergent because a) i want to improve my spanish and b) it's a book i've been meaning to read for a while so two birds one stone yay
