Ingredients: 1 lb wild-caught salmon fillet, skin removed and finely chopped. 2 green onions, finely chopped. 2 tablespoons almond flour. 1 tablespoon coconut aminos. 1 tablespoon wasabi paste. 1 teaspoon sesame oil. 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger. 1 teaspoon sea salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Lettuce leaves, for serving. Sliced avocado, for serving. Paleo-friendly mayonnaise, for serving.
Instructions: In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped salmon, green onions, almond flour, coconut aminos, wasabi paste, sesame oil, ginger, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined. Form the mixture into burger patties, about 1/4 cup each. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil or coconut oil.
