yun shivers as his bare skin meets the ice cold pool water. it's a welcome feeling, simultaneously refreshing his senses and shocking the sleepiness from his body. sure, it was already well into the afternoon, but he had worked extra hours yesterday so the lack of sleep was getting to him. he's also been too busy lately to go to the beach, so the pool was going to have to do.
the sight of light filtering in through the Ā water greets his eyes as he finally takes a peek--a gorgeous view as always. the muted swishing and rumbling fills an otherwise silent world, and yun takes a moment to enjoy the peace and quiet.
his feet finally reach the bottom of the deep end, touching down gently as he lets out another string of bubbles to stabilize. he has good lung capacity as a singer, but a couple of seconds pass and his chest starts feeling tight.
resurfacing should be an easy task, but when yun moves to kick off the pool floor, he's just a little far off, causing his foot to stretch just a little too far. pain immediately streaks up his leg as his eyes widen in shock. it takes all his willpower to not inhale right there and then. his instincts kick in and it's a slow and desperate crawl to the surface with his remaining three limbs, floundering like a fool in the water, but appearances are the last thing on his mind right now. oh god, someone help.
