#page issue

Am I the only person having problems with livejournal? I haven't been able to load a lj page in three days, it just comes up with 'problem loadng page.  xyz.livejournal.com has timed out'.  Is there an issue with lj or is it more just my laptop?  I'm totally confused, and just a little miffed as I was in the middle of reading something when I got up the next morning, the page wouldn't then load and I've tried every lj I know and I can't get a single one to open.
