Women in Mahabharata - Nisharohini
She is the third wife of Bhanu-Anala. She is noted as the mother of Agni, Soma and the five Paavakas:
Vaishvaanara (accepts the first offering in the chaaturmmasya yajna alongside Indra)
Vishvapati-Shvishtakrit (accepts the shvishva offering)
Sannihita (he is a ruler of earth, presiding over the life-force of living things and controls how beings perceive sound)
Kapila (he is dark-complexioned, wears a white dress, sustains other Agnis, invented Sankhya an gets angry sometimes)
Agrani (he is in charge of accepting various sundry offerings in various yajnas).
Together, they were created to compensate for other errors in the yajna processes.
