Josef Frantisek was a ace pilot who shot down 17 German aircraft Royal Air Force Supermarine Spitfire Mk1 N3200 G-CFGJ QV RAF 19 Squadron Built at Vickers Armstrong Southampton in 1939 it was issued to No. 19 Squadron who were based at RAF Duxford in 1940 1941 De-Havilland DH-89A Dominie Dragon Rapide G-AGJG This Rapide started if life with the RAF with s/n X7344, after leaving the RAF the aircraft went to Scottish Airways Ltd, It then went on to have several different owners.
