Even though I initially found it weird and disappointing that there's no PEIP agents in NPMD, thinking about it now...? Yeah, actually, it makes sense!
TGWDLM and Black Friday both had city/nation wide incidents that spread out of control very quickly, but NPMD only really had I think five casualties total that happened over the course of weeks... And then things kinda resolved themselves using the same method that started it all. Now, I do kinda think there's a chance that if Grace is indiscreet and blood thirsty enough she MIGHT warrant an intervention from them, but?? Honestly the Metzgers might just get to her first, or Miss Holloway if she's somehow alive in the NPMD timeline (do we know? How the fuck does Solomon get the black book in the first place, genuinely I don't get the way that thing changes ownership), not to mention that Steph and Pete know about the black book so they might become obstacles for her... Like, things will have to get EXCEEDINGLY out of control and be beyond the reach of everyone in town for PEIP to intervene, right?
And, honestly, how much do they actually know about the LIB? I don't think we've seen a timeline where they're the ones who have the black book- I think Wilbur does when he beats Miss Holloway but by that point he's already defected, y'know? Are they even ever capable of doing anything to help? Do they even have the knowledge required to do so? We've only seen them fail both times they appear, but other parties in possession of the black book are seen to be capable of thwarting the LIB, is that like? What they're missing? Idk I'm actually very interested to know more about PEIP! And is McNamara like, their Hatchetfield specialist maybe? Genuinely so many unanswered questions about them and their existence as a military unit alone is extremely baffling tbh

I know this isn't perfect (I did him dirty witht he hairline) but I'm pretty proud of how this turned out! I decided to give him a scar over his right eye because I thought it could play into his balcstory and tie into how he lost his mind. The effect on the eye is something I did in procreate and then I did the scar with makeup!
