(I don't know if this is an official ask game but) if I had a nickel for every time I was a male controversial-and-often-considered-"actually-right"-by-fandom supervillain with kid issues and a believed past life connection to a historical semi-folkloric figure I expressed through my personal aesthetic including my flamboyant and non-stereotypically-masculine attire I'd have two nickels which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened twice - Ghetsis (Pokemon BW) and Ozymandias (Watchmen)

The HBO Watchmen series has made an old dilemma recur I've faced with a lot of my kintypes but never thought I'd end up facing with Ozymandias; do I have to accept an addition to canon as canon to my canon but on the other hand am I only denying its nature because I feel weird (and also does a scene where he undergoes what's best described as a peril that ties into a personal greatest fear of mine mean that fear came from there or it makes me uncomfortable enough that it didn't happen to my him)
