Atlanta upstart diamond* has just surprise dropped his latest mixtape BLING SLIME VØL 1: HØSTED BY DJ HØLIDAY. The release of BLING SLIME VØL 1: HØSTED BY DJ HØLIDAY arrives on the heels of the highly- anticipated release of diamond*’s collaborative mixtape with Tezzus, UY SCUTI BØYZ. As founding members of Atlanta rap collective øway, both Tezzus and diamond* have been consistent collaborators for the majority of their careers. After releasing their breakout single “bada bing, bada bøøm” (3M+ Streams) off diamond*’s debut album Nø Idøls, the two were eyed directly by Young Thug. Young Thug has proven to be their biggest supporter over the past year, bringing the duo out for his headlining set at ComplexCon Las Vegas and flying them to Los Angeles to record music multiple times. While each has an extensive solo career, Tezzus and diamond* operate as a Hip-Hop duo, a rarity in modern music. They move off an innate sense of love and shared values, both citing their reverence for music history, from Michael Jackson to DeJ Loaf, as inspiration, along with their seemingly endless drive to achieve rockstar-level status.

Atlanta upstarts and YSL signees Tezzus and diamond* have just shared their highly-anticipated debut project as a duo UY SCUTI BØYZ – out now via Young Stoner Life. Coming in at 18 tracks, UY SCUTI BØYZ features collaborations with every corner of the Atlanta rap scene, from their label head YoungThug to Sk8star, Pz', and Southsidesilhouette—emphasizing the duo’s role as connective tissue between each sub-genre and generation in the city. With other prominent features from Rylo Rodriguez and Nino Paid, UY SCUTI BØYZ draws in part from the feeling, impact, and communal nature of Rich Gang-era releases, birthed from the years Tezzus and diamond* have spent making music and moving within the same Atlanta and øway circles. Production from OGVolta, LondonOnDaTrack, BankrollGotIt, and Bhristo helps bridge the two worlds of music, blending London’s Rich Kidz-era production style with Bhristo’s work with LUCKI and KenCarson. The cover art, designed by cult-favorite artist Tyler Rexiesen is an extension of the visual world of UY SCUTI BØYZ, adding to their anime-inspired album trailer, and music video for the album's first single “Duality”.
