Okay! I feel quite chill today, both mentally and physically ☃️
If I don’t get pregnant this month, I’ll buy the Clearblue fertility box thingy. Mostly because that’s a really “me” thing to buy - and will probably be enough to satisfy the nurse in me.
Measuring BBT will not work for me, as I tend to have a lot of night shifts and sleeping in the day changes your body temp. (Since its often much warmer in the day)
Ovulation?
My lower back is absolutely killing me today. I just have this dull back ache and no stretching or walking or laying down or anything is solving it. My ovia app says it's really common right before ovulation. Also my nipples have been really sensitive and sore which is a normal pre-ovulation symptom for me. 🤔
Probably not gonna happen today, but that alert made me laugh lol
