the influence of us human

I would like to make a post to show how drastically we are changing our environment. This is my favorite place to photograph fog and wild meadows. Every year I come around here. For me it has always been a place of stability and peacefulness. I grew up there too in the near, which is why I'm very shocked how much this beautiful place has changed. I don't want to teach anyone how much we have to change. I just want to show that the climate change is real and to give everyone something to think about.

Our dorm rooms are very important to us in college, especially when COVID-19 keeps us locked up in our rooms. Obviously, there are ways that your dorm room can make you feel more at home and more at ease during your time at college. However, there are times where you also need to be more productive in your dorm room and not just feeling comfy. Especially to help with grades and feeling motivated. I looked at the ways that we can help both our productivity and also our comfort.  

Establish a Space for studying and a place for relaxing: I know for me I had already set the boundary that I can not do my homework on my bed because I know I won’t be able to sleep as well that next night. I instead try to do homework on my futon or at my desk. I think my desk is the best place to do my homework, but as we all know college dorm chairs are not the comfiest when it comes to studying and doing homework for hours on end. I do sometimes have troubles establishing that my futon is for studying though because I am used to using it to watch movies after a shift at work. But definitely creating that boundary for yourself can help to be really beneficial. 

Make it easy to stay organized: According to the article keeping your laundry basket open and accessible can make it easier to not drop your clothes on the floor. In the past article posts I talked about how an organized space can help you feel better in your space and not overwhelm you. In order to stay productive it is essential to also not become easily overwhelmed while you are trying to get your stuff done. So also have designated folders for each class and putting class stuff into those designated folders can help to make you feel both more productive and more accomplished.
