Week 3
To form a better team we should first find out what's their attitude and skills, because some people have a bad attitude and skill. We can't just hire someone just because their smart and talented but instead choosing someone else that has determination to do their jobs /task. A team should respect each others opinion and ideas, A team should also have open line communication with each others. Managing team is not that simple. Leaders have to play a far more hands-on role to make sure that the group works well together and remains focused on the right priorities. Members of a team should not rely to the leader instead helping each other to finished each others task. Cooperation and Determination is the key to succeed our goals. "OneTeamOneGoal"
