who is hacked Color?,is he canon to color's story? or just a noncanon what if?
So (one of?) Othertaleās script/dialogue writer(s) released the full Othertale: Before the Hack and some of the Othertale shorts scripts a few days ago. You can find links to those here. It even features some pre-canon stuff.
The Othertale: Before the Hack script shows parts that were cut out of the first animationāOthertale: Before the Hack (part 1)āand the rest of what I assume was gonna be more animations of Before the Hack.
When it comes to the scripts and animations, from what I can tell, you can think of āBefore the Hackā as Season 1 and āAfter the Hackā as Season 2. It seems like Season 1/Before the Hack was planned to be released in parts in the form of animated videos.
These scripts basically reveal the entirety of āSeason 1,ā and its ending seems to potentially lead into After the Hackāaka Season 2āif Othertale hadnāt been discontinued.
From what I can tell, āthe Hackā is referring to Colorāand what happens to him in those scripts. Donāt wanna spoil for you or anyone else if yall havenāt read it yet.
Do we think color crashed out on himself the first time he did anything similar to what gaster did to him in a frantic attempt to avoid what he perceived as abandonment.
