What happened to Otherkinfaq?

Otherkinfaq was filled with hatred and spam in August 2015. This is when I left by abusive mother's care and she took my tablet, and logged into my tumblr. She posted similar spam to my other blogs, but OTF probably had it the worst because it had over a thousand followers.

I wish I could've done something to prevent her from destroying that archive of resources, but I couldn't have, and I had my own survival on my mind. In good news: It's 2017. I'm legally free from her, and her abusive nature toward me is now public. I'm doing better than I ever thought I could.

Originally, the blog @otherkinfaqarchive was going to be my new FAQ blog, but it's a sideblog again. I feel like it'd be best if I could send asks/follow from this account.

Who are you?

Call me Charlie, C, or Mod. I'm 18, polykin, and studying to become a game designer. I use three sets of pronouns. He, hie, or ke. If you need any help learning how to use those, feel free to ask.

I have to agree. This has been my hunch since I started reading the posts.

I hate to reveal too much of the mod’s personal life because I don’t know how much ke* is ok with revealing, but one of the mod’s parents is very abusive based on what ke has shared on ker personal blogs. Said parent has read at least one of the mods blog as well. I think this is important to share, because it can be used as proof that the blog was hacked, and not the doing of the mod. 

Also, what Pink is saying is very similar to experiences the mod described with ker parent. The parent manipulates the mod by lying or gaslighting to preserve their own reputation. For example, the parent will deny abusing the mod. The parent has also been neglectful of the mod’s disabilities, only acting when the parent’s reputation is at stake. They also deny parts of the mod’s identity frequently, like gender. The mod has to cooperate for ker own safety sometimes, so ke can’t speak up about the abuse to others IRL. 

Also, the information Pink has is like what a parent would know or do. A friend would probably not take a picture of ker physical therapy, PT, like that, and the mod mentioned previously that the parent would take pictures at the PT. There are also no IRL friends the mod has mentioned that comes with them to PT.

Pink is likely a parent aged adult based on what they have said and how they write. Their choice of words, insults, and idioms are not like a young adult or teenager’s. They add extra spacing, which is what older adults will do, at least from my experience. The way they talked about being homeless sounds more like an adult’s experience than a minor’s.

I am sorry I cannot provide receipts for some of this because I want to protect the privacy of the mod, and hope you can understand. You can continue to send messages. If any of this is confusing I can try to explain more.

Their typing style is almost exactly the same as the recent posts on otherkinfaq. The way they capitalize certain words and space things out is nearly identical.
