Ok I’m taking a page out of Roman’s (JR) @romantrainer book, I’m NOT a selfie / shirtless posting type of individual but I need some accountability as well as everyone else so here it is! Last year was brutal and my health was not at the forefront of focus. I need to get my ass back into gear! I have been working on it and it’s starting to show results, so I need to show the world in order to keep myself accountable! Alright, we missed food prep yesterday (to watch a senior citizen win another super bowl), so here we are tonight! Getting started on some prep with @mydermnp_bethany! Knocking out some food for the week, remembering that the psychology of all of this is to make us stronger and not think of it all (food prep and exercising) as a negative!
