to me its like this small bedroom at sunset

like, its the start of summer. the sun is setting and we get some nice oranges, reds, and blues. the clouds are a nice shade of pink and orange.

entering the room, its white walls but not overbearingly white.

the furniture has this sort of simple and cute vibe despite the furniture having contrasting aesthetics, but it works and feels so right in your blog.

theres a small white desk with a pinboard, your post and fics are kinda there, also all over the place.

theres a couch, maybe a tv, and some plants strewn around

and to top it all off, a small window showing the sunset's sky and framing it like a painting

There was a low hum of activity in the Record Room. It had become the unofficial base for the Colony Development Team as their ‘HQ’ was only considered to be on the new planet. In the meantime, the space they had made do when they weren’t out helping other departments.

In the corner, sitting on one of the soft chairs, was a young man in the black overalls of the Colony Development Team engrossed in a book. He lacked the blue beret, but the cane resting just beside his chair indicated his differing position. Lying at his feet was a black and tan corgi who keenly watched the stranger approaching. At least the dog’s wariness was not accompanied by a round of loud barking, only a low ruff.
