While out picking roses petals earlier this summer I stumbled upon a beautiful beach plant 🌱 sea purslane Aka: sea chickweed. . It's a oceanside beach growing succulent. Deliciously edible green, with an oceanic salty and sweet fully packed mineral rich flavour . After gathering a good armload, I returned to my studio with experimentation on my mind- et viola -by the end of the day sea chickweed soap was born.
