You heard it here first I’m a giant nerd for Shakespeare, and so is Liam Oberon so here you go:

Twins Vex and Vax [Viola and Sebastian] are separated in a shipwreck and think each other dead. Vex is saved by a sailor (maybe Pike, but I have other plans for her) near the town of Whitestone, she dresses as a man and goes to find work for the Duke of Whitestone Percival blah blah blah De Rolo [Orsino]. He is (and this gets a bit weird from a canon relationship understanding but bear with me) hopelessly in love with  the lady Keyleth [Olivia] of house Zephrah who’s mother has recently died and she now uses this as an excuse to rebuke the affections of the Duke.

Side note for character analysis: In the show Orsino constantly rails about his affection for Olivia and she continuously rebuffs him. This could be interpreted multiple ways, but, I prefer to see it as Orsino is in love with the idea of being in love not the person he claims to be in love with. We never actually see the Olivia and Orsino together in the show, until the final scene, when by this point Orsino is well into his sexuality crisis and definitely in love with Cesario(Viola). In the first scene he says “Away before me to sweet beds of flowers. Love thoughts lie rich when canopied with bowers.” Basically “I need to go to the garden to think about love more.” To Orsino love is a concept and Olivia, by being unattainable, does nothing but fuel that feeling. Therefore in this version we can make Percy being “in love” with Keyleth not weird by making it incredibly abstract.

Vex now in the employ of the Duke under the name Cesario, is told to go woo the lady for him. Meanwhile Vax has been saved by a pirate, one glorious Gilmore [Antonio] who is enamored with him enough to follow him to Whitestone where he is a known criminal.

(in the actual show Antonio is one hundo percent in love with Sebastien, it’s unrequited and kinda sad

Placing Keyleth in Olivia’s role also gives her some agency which personally is a nice change of pace from canon where Vax was the one pursuing her. (Also some fun vexleth stuff for the ladies, Viola can be Bi and just more into Orsino, let me have this)

Now our side plot is where the rest of the gang comes in Pike is Maria, Keyleths handmaiden scheming with Scanlan as Sir Toby /Feste and Grog as Sir Andrew to ruin Tary’s (Malvolio) whole life, now this could be played as mean as the play or we could give Malvolio a better character arc, the dudes kinda sad at the end. Although everyone please picture with me Doty putting yellow stockings on Tary and tell me I’m wrong about this casting.

Okay I watched all of leverage in like a week and now I want to see this.

Lets go steal a dog show, its the perfect scenario of uppity opinionated people and too much money. Idk the client probably had their dog stolen because they thought they were going to have joint custody, but anyway I want to see Eliot have to show a papillon, just the most delicate butterfly dog with the big soft mean hitter. He’s initially excited because you know this hitter loves pups, then disappointed, and then he gets to see how awesome they are.* Of course Hardison ends up as the judge, I want it to be a running gag that Parker is allergic to dogs but she ends up in the poodle room and finds out she can play with all of them without her nose giving out. Sophie is playing the owner of Eliot’s Papillion, she can schmooze all these people so well.

Or...

the setup could be that the judges have rigged the show in favor of their own dog but the client knows this dog has a major genetic health problem that if he wins could become entrenched within the breed. (this is a major problem with purebred dogs but maybe a bit too high concept for my hypothetical episode)
