When you want to do homework, but you’re stressed about getting it done. And you’re stressed about being stressed. So then your anxiety gets worse, and you end up staring at your computer screen for an hour contemplating your stress.

When you're on a three day retreat and you become so emotionally exhausted that you have to miss out on hanging out in the evening.

When you're helping lead an event and they don't tell you the order of the event, they don't give you any information you need to know, and you're sitting there confused.

Going to a dance and having sensory overload prevent you from enjoying the event.
