Persona 5 x Mob Psycho 100 Crossover
Ok, bear with me (even though this has probably been done before), also possible spoiler alert. In this crossover Reigen is still a con artist and has his Spirits and Such Consultation Office. And Mob is still a kid with enormous spiritual energy which allows him to enter the metaverse even without the Metaverse Navigator and fight Shadows over there. Essentially, Shadows are (evil) ghosts/spirits, while good or neutral ghosts/spirits are potential Personas. Also only psychics/espers can enter metaverse without aid - “normal” people need the Metaverse Navigator or are brought there by a psychic.
Soooo, Shigeo has been able to enter and exit the metaverse ever since he’s been a little kid and even is able to take others, especially Ritsu, with him (more accidently/subconsciously than anything but still). Nonetheless they had a relatively normal childhood until the day the three teenagers bully the brothers, steal their New Year’s money and threaten to hurt, even kill, Ritsu. Enraged Mob enters their castle in the metaverse and in his ??? state instead of stealing their desires and ambitions, he essentially annihilates their will to live resulting in a coma. Ritsu witnesses everything and also gets hurt in the process. That is the reason Mob really doesn’t want anything to do with the metaverse anymore - he doesen’t want to hurt anyone else. Thereby Shigeo also locks away his emotions that are conneted to his powers.
That is until he meets Reigen and starts working for him. With Reigen’s guidance Mob wants to contol his abilities better, better himself as a human being and “get a clue” (as it is always called in the show).
From there things are pretty much like in MP100. Reigen and Mob help people (Reigen mostly by being con; Mob mostly by doing stuff in the metaverse), Mob joins the Body Improvement Club etc. That much for the Spring of Youth Arc at least.
And then the (LOL) Cult comes sweeping in…
(Aaaaand that is all I have for now but I’m already working on expanding this crossover but for that I want to get deeper into Persona 5 and rewatch/reread MP100 XD it is just too much fun, and I didn’t even metion the really good stuff yet ^^ so stay tuned for part 2 …however I also want to get back to drawing and I hope I can get another sketch up later tonight or tomorrow morning. Oh yeah, any suggestions or ideas (of improvement or for future arcs) are welcome as always ^^)
