What is a position that the strawhats have vacant, since I don't want to steal any role? Also, what kind of things do you recommend to script for a first ever one piece dr? Should you add that you have haki?

Deck hand, scientist, intel, strategist, quartermaster, lookout (i will come back and update this if I think of any more)

I'll give you the top ten things in my opinion
Your devil fruit (if you have one)
High pain tolerance!! You WILL get thrown into walls!
You know how to use a lot of different weapons! You can't always rely on your devil fruit or main weapon!
Animals trust and understand you trust me its very helpful (especially with the news coos)
People trust you easily! They can be very triger happy with people they dont trust
You can't be detected by observation Haki
What species you are (human, Fishman, mermaid, giant, etc)
Your family! (Who they are, how strong are they, are they dead or alive, etc)
Should you add that you have Haki?
I mean you dont have to script that you have it since everyone in the one piece universe can use Haki they just need to learn how. But if you want to make sure you have strong Haki(or a specific type) you should probably script it!
Can a girl join the Whitebeard pirates or Red hair pirates?
Yes! It is never said anywhere that woman can't join the red hair pirates though we arent shown are female members (at least to my knowledge) and in the case of the whitebeard pirates we are shown Whity bay! Though she isn't apart of the crew anymore she was in the past (and was one of the strongest on the crew might I add!)
