I honestly didn't want to like this movie because I was annoyed by how people treated Ghostbusters (2016) - my brief thoughts: it wasn't the best but it isn't nearly as horrendous as people claim and I ha a great time watching it with my family. All that said - I felt jaded when people loved Afterlife so much. . But long story short - everyone else was right. This movie is fantastic. It's hilarious, shows plenty of reverence to the originals, and Mckenna Grace was PERFECT in the lead role.
