On The Violet Tap (OOC)
It’s come to my attention that a few people still recall me during my times as the owner of The Violet Tap. As it stands, I’d like to state here, extremely firmly, that I have not run the Tap, nor had anything to do with it since, roughly, November of 2018. The current ‘owner’ of the Tap is someone whom, after learning a variety of surprising, and absolutely disgusting facts, I no longer consider a friend, nor the legitimate owner of the Tap previously run by Ollie.
I’ve long since cut off contact with said person, after speaking with a few other of my close friends who were scorned by them, as well as said owner’s RP partner’s former girlfriend. ICly, The Violet Tap, which Olyviane formerly ran, currently sits vacant at its position in the Hinterlands. Further, I’ve since retconned all of the interactions between them, and my character.
It’s extremely late, but I’d like to state here, officially, that I have no connection with the current ‘owner’ of the Tap, who plays on MG Alliance, nor do I wish to ever have connection with them again. I’m sparing their name from this post so they don’t try to start harassing me, or my friends, as this isn’t something I’m looking for. I’ve come to learn pretty recently that they’re pretty reputable for a plethora of disgusting acts to a variety of people, and this is something I really don’t want to associate myself with. Ollie’s already largely shelved, but I’ve started seeing their named tossed around recently, and have seen them in-game on a number of occasions, so this is just something I’d like stated publicly.
Their actions, while not overly surprising after what I’ve learned about them, are disgusting, and they should be ashamed of themselves. If you see them in-game as well, please do not think I am associated with them, and I’d advise you not to interact.
