Okay, I wasn’t able to answer directly for some reason, so here’s the sc.
I’m assuming, since you linked my manifestation post, you wish to enter the Void in order to manifest yourself. I’d just like to add, I usually don’t even go to the void to manifest. Like genuinely, I am not nearly patient enough to wait. I just manifest on the spot when I want something.
That being said, here’s my general go-to routine.
Have a general idea (Gameplan). I like to be structured in everything I do, so I make sure I have a general idea on what I’d do once in the void. This is usually just: “I had a really bad day and I want to think about it in peace” or “I’m stuck in this specific situation and don’t know how I should approach it, I need to think of what I’ll do” (Maybe one day, when I feel ready, I’ll shift to my WR 🫢)
Get comfortable. This includes plenty of water, some kind of white noise, a healthy mindset. If I put pressure on myself to shift, I know I won’t.
Be okay with “failure”. And I use failure in the most gentle way, because there’s no such thing as failure. What I mean is, if I were to just sleep through the night, and I wouldn’t wake up in the void, I won’t beat myself up over it. There’s always tomorrow, and tomorrow, and the day after that
Align myself with an emotion. I try to focus on specific emotions, since I am generally more likely to follow my heart than my head. Since my predominant emotions in the void are relatively positive and muted, I try to focus on that. I genuinely dislike robotic affirmations. While I did get results, it was also a heavier mental strain.
Wait till I get a certain kind of sleepy. It’s not the same as just feeling tired, but a very focused kind of exhaustion. If I really want to focus, I’ll meditate or just zone out for a little bit. Once my physical body “sleeps”, I immediately wake up in the Void.
Just chill. I’ve modified the void a bit to my liking, adding in a physical body (kind-of) and the night sky. Really peaceful 🫧. I’ll just mull over whatever I need to for as long as I want, occasionally manifest for my CR if I deem it necessary, then go to “sleep” when I’m done.
Idk how long I spend in the void state, I’d guess a few days usually? Maybe more? But my CR body remains “paused”, time doesn’t pass here unless I want it to.
I would highly recommend you look at other blogs or sources, since I’m certain they can explain it far more concisely than I am 😅
