this is Oleksiy, a half-elf necromancer (x, x)

he’s a half-elf— his elven father abandoned his mother, and she put him up for adoption; he was raised in a powerful corporate family. As a half-elf, he has low-light vision like all others of his Metatype, but his  ears aren’t as pointed and he isn’t as lithe. He runs the shadows both for the cash and the adrenaline rush, though he also refuses to take work that would harm his home corporation. He’s very unsteady with his hands, unless he’s casting spells— he’s a very powerful necromancer, and his mentor spirit is Loviatar, a goddess of pain. He makes use of a silver telescoping staff as a Foci (an object designed to boost magic), and as time went on, necromancy evolved in a surprising way: AI and Sprites compiled by Technomancers became part of the living world, and when they are deleted/decompiled they can be restored by a necromancer skilled in reviving corpses. His preferred method of combat is spells that cause necrotic damage, and not only can he return a soul to its body (as long as the soul is willing and the body fresh), but he can create up to three human, Elf, or Dwarf zombies that can be controlled within a range of 120 meters for up to 24 hours.
