No. Although the Rebbe was primarily a Jewish leader, he did have plenty of correspondence with various non-Jews. I don’t think he would mind at all if your friend prays for you while at his grave. Hashem is everyone’s Creator, not just the Jews’. You should provide your friend with your name and your father’s name (traditionally, we pray for Jews using their name and their mother’s name, but non-Jews using their name and their father’s name).
