Whether it was over at Ethanās place or Bennyās place, the two boys from Whitechapel spent the majority of their time in each othersā presence. Best friends, and all that. It came with the territory. Studying (rarely), playing video games (more likely)... Lately, theyāve been fighting the supernatural. Between Ethanās abilities as a Seer and Bennyās as a Spellmaster they were a formidable duo, though most of their āfirepowerā came from the vampires they befriended.
Despite the more exciting aspects of their lives, normal things like āfamilyā never disappeared. Benny was raised by his grandmother for as long as he could remember. He grew up on stories of his father, though never met him himself. There was still some evidence of the man around the house. A toolbox, some handwritten notes, a box under his grandmotherās bed-- And Benny wanted to believe heād come back one day, but as the years passed and he grew older and older... Well, it was time to be realistic. He had his grandmother, and he never felt unloved, so things werenāt so bad.
Unlocking the front door of his house for both himself and Ethan, Benny let out a loud groan before tossing his bag to the side where it made a dull thud when hitting the floor. āI am hungry, I donāt know about you,ā He said, despite having eaten a bag of chips just moments before.
