Isiel’s accent has, by the time of Destiny 1 at the latest, faded greatly, being a bit less noticeable than Saint-14′s, while still being present in her voice and actively affecting the sound of her English. When she first started speaking English, her Russian accent was extremely heavy, and sometimes Circinus had to repeat things she said to make sure her Crew understood what she was saying. Over the years as she spent more time speaking primarily in English, she worked on making her accent less noticeable that way people could understand her easer.
Now, her accent comes through heavily when she’s in the process of waking up, when she’s very tired, occasionally when she’s in more pain than she can hide, or when she’s speaking softly during those quiet conversations or to herself.
Sometimes she very deliberately lets her accent be noticeable when she talks to throw people off. And if she really wants to throw them off (or any moment when she wants to purposefully make it so someone doesn’t know what she’s saying), she’ll just start speaking in Russian.
