         i’m  not  sure  if  this  owl  will  actually  reach  you.  i  have  no  idea  where  you’re  hiding  out.  i  suppose  that’s  for  the  best  with  all  this  talk  of  you  helping  aunt  bellatrix  &  some  of  the  other  death  eaters  escaping.  i  know  it  wasn’t  you.  

a  part  of  me  isn’t  sure  whether  or  not  i  should  be  writing  a  letter  to  you.  if  my  parents  would  find  out  there  would  be…  unpleasant  consequences.  i  suppose  that’s  why  i’m  writing  to  you  in  the  first  place.  you  &  aunt  andromeda  are  probably  the  only  others  who  understand  how  i’m  feeling  right  now.  with  the  dark  lord’s  return  ,  i  know  my  family  will   want  me  to  join  his  cause.  the  thing  is…  i   don’t  want  to.  i’m  terrified  of  the  idea.  but  i’m  also  terrified  of  what  would  happen  to  my  parents  if  i  ran  off  ,  or  decided  to  join  the   other  side.  i  just  don’t  know  what  to  do  now…  everything  about  this  scares  me  to  death.  anyways  ,  i  hope  all  is  well.

   i have some pressing questions that im utmost curious about. your transformation, how hard is the transition from your human form to a wolf and vice versa? i’ve read about this a million times, but i’m interested in knowing your first hand perspective. perhaps if you have time later in the summer, you’d be willing to go over a few crucial topics with me? i’ll take any reply you give me as a yes, but feel free to send an owl about your adventures as of yet. can’t wait to see everyone soon.

this may seem odd, but i heard that you were possibly constructing a potion that helped people neurologically focus more on their studies. is this true? if so i would be thrilled to help your on your quest, potion advancement in this day and age seems so fickle and untouched. even if it’s not, it definitely got my interests piqued.

hello wolf, 

i don’t think i’ve properly had the time to introduce myself. i’m hermione granger,  and there are rumors that you’re busy snogging my best friend. i’d like to think that your intentions are well, and if they are, you would gladly accept my offer to lunch tomorrow at the leaky cauldron. noon. on the dot. be there. 

she knew this day was to come, she knew it had to happen eventually. when word came the order’s headquarters had moved to grimmauld place, sylvanas just knew she’d run into him eventually. she remembers the day the papers announced his escape from azkaban, the day her heart might just have beat again in her chest. before that he was in hiding, she knew. still is, of course but now he’s safely back in his family home and she can’t help but ache for the wizard. the place in which he felt no love for family warmth growing up now he’s trapped in. she’s avoided all order meetings since the headquarters move, both for the safety of those in the order and to keep her own heart protected. but she’s here and she can hear him, she knows exactly how his footsteps sound on the hardwood floor. no one else is around, it seems. molly had taken the children out shopping for school supplies and sylvanas had been forbidden to go- the sunlight after all. 

she’s been silently pacing the corridors for what may be hours, though she’s unsure. she’s avoided him most of the morning, not even sure if he knows she’s here. he’s growing restless, she can tell. trapped. something she understands well. she hadn’t meant to be here by sunbreak but once the rays started coming in the windows she’d all but trapped herself here in his house with him. she doesn’t know when the next order member will come. so she paces as well. at some point they will have to meet, might as well be when no one else can see the meltdown that’s bound to happen, she figures. where words can be said, looks exchanged, without the onlook of others. it’s not just him she’s avoided, to be fair. she stopped talking with remus ages ago, ignoring his letters and eventually they stopped coming. she knows he’s bound to be here too, someplace, eventually. she awaits that day too.

“sirius.” his name is whispered softly when she enters the kitchen, lifting a hand to rap pale knuckles on the door frame. eyes meet and she’s thankful she doesn’t need to breathe, she’s sure her lungs would have stopped working right then. “hi.”

i should do this in person but i can’t anymore. they won’t let me come see you, it’s too dangerous now. the dementors will try and kill me we think. they say it’s a risk and that i can’t go anymore. they’re sending me away and i don’t know if or when i’ll be back. i’m not allowed to watch over harry anymore either but i’ll try and get updates on his progress for you and send owls as i can.

                       you may not know me, but my father speaks about you often. he told me once when i was little about the brave man he knew who was always willing to put his friends first before himself. who went against all that the world expected him to be to be what he felt was right. i’m writing this letter because for the first time in my life i’m struggling to come to terms with what i’m going through. people stare at me as if i’m some freak of nature, a blood traitor for wanting to protext people who have done nothing arong. sometimesi  think it’d be easier for me to just hate them all, but it’s not in my nature. i just have to ask- as someone who has had what feels like the entire world against them.. how do you find the strangth to keep going with your gut? i could really use the advice if you have the time to share your thoughts.

             I suppose i’ll look past the fact that you’re trying to speak to me at all in favor of just speaking to you. this is odd, an request of a letter from someone who hardly has any reason to talk to you. you always struck me as the type to judge from afar much like pureblood wizards and just people in general. can i ask why you want to speak to me? it’s not like we run in the same circles do we? well either way, lovely to hear from you.

                 I’m actually rather excited for the ball that will eventually be coming this year, aren’t you? though I have the slightest clue on who i’ll bring with me or even if i’ll attend i think it’s a great step in the right direction for things to go back to the way they were- do you know what i mean? anyway, in case you didn’t know i’m wix, so i’m trying to figue out what to wear for the night since i’m not sure if a dress is what i want? so i was jsut kind of writing to ask if you’d go with me to find something to wear? you have pretty decent taste and you’re pretty so i figured you’d know best. let me know what ou think!!! xx

I don’t know how late this letter would arrive but i just thought to let you know that i’m very grateful for the owl. It’s a lot better than the rat i’ve had previously as you know and this time i made sure that it wasn’t an animagus in disguise. Although it was a little awkward explaining how i got the owl to my parents but don’t worry, i didn’t say it was from you.  But it was still a nice gift.

It’s crazy that you’re a redhead like me but for some reason you don’t get the ridicule of being a ginger. What’s your secrect? It’s the money right? Becuase youre rich and you can pay people to not make fun of you. Noot that I think youre corriupt but sometimes i do think everyones corruiptt so dont feel mad. But i’m not telling you how to feel or anything, i’m not a prick despite what all my friends might say. They’re the real pricks, the worst. Do you think I need better friends since they did get me drunk a few minutes ago and then lost me? I think i’m lost.
