I did a quick search and I think this is the video where this screenshot comes:

It's difficult to say if this is Demri or not. She was very petite, very tiny, this girl doesn't look that short next to the guys from the audience, but it's true we don't see the shows/boots she's wearing.

I hope we get confirmation one day. This was on August 21, 1990 at Off Ramp Cafe, Seattle, a place we know she went. I would like to think she is, probably she was there, but hopefully we can have certainity soon!
