“T-this s-sucks...” Matt stammered out through chattering teeth as he desperately rubbed his his hands up and down his arms. The day had started normally enough: wake up, eat breakfast, get dressed, and head over to Curran’s house. He didn’t know what his mentor had planned but apparently it was going to take up their entire weekend as opposed to just the usual day lesson. The bags packed at the bottom of the stairs really should’ve gave him some warning, but the witch hadn’t thought about it, he had just orbed them both to the top of the rockies. In November. “D-did you h-have to p-pick the rockies? I h-hear Florida is n-nice this t-time of year. Not all of us c-can breathe fire you k-know.”

@ofcharmandmagic Headcanon for Curran / Tobias " Flowers and plants "
Tobias enjoys giving presents to Curran which includes flower bouquets but down the line (or more like once Curran started to pout and be sad for no obvious reason and he had to nearly squeeze the truth out of him) Tobias learned to give them on an irregular basis and more concentrating on potted ones. As much as fresh flowers are beautiful they do not last very long and Curran finds it sad to see them wilt in the end. It doesn’t mean the nephilim would not surprise his warlock boyfriend / lover / soulmate / future husband with only potted plants. No, here and there he would buy a beautiful arrangement and give it to Curran. But before those die he would come home and have a more permanent plant or even flowers seeds with him as compensation.
Tobias loves giving Curran red flowers, matching his hair and eyes and everything that is his gorgeous lover but he also makes sure they match if not having that color. The flowers are always picked matching the season or according to the meaning they should be conveying. As the warlock knows possibly everything there is about plants and flowers, Tobias picked up some extra books to learn more and not make a fool of himself in the end.

Jace had snapped his mouth shut after the compliment had slipped from his lips. He hadn’t meant to say something like that because... well, Curran might have been a warlock, but he was still a man. Jace had never really felt attracted to another man before and it confused him. Curran confused him.
“I ehm... might have said that you have a nice body.” Jace admitted as he looked up to the warlock. He had been spending his revalidation with Curran, probably longer than really necessary.
