(asking this anonymously because it's the only way I have the guts to lmao) could you possibly do a smut/angst story centered around aegon and velaryon(strong) reader? they were betrothed before the war, but it got annuled once rhaenyra came into power, and later on when aegon killed her the first thing he did was forcefully resumed the betrothal because he always felt that rhaenyra had taken everything from him — his father's love, his inheritance, and now his future wife. I'm so fascinated with the aegon & rhaenyra's daughter dynamic and the works you've written so far on it have been amazing :)
Hello, I have written about the Aegon/Rhaenyra's daughter dynamic before, in four oneshots that I will link below, and while I adore this trope, I don't know that I can write about it again without repeating myself.
In Silence is the Beginning of Hell, Rhaenyra's daughter was pregnant when the war started, and she comes to hate Aegon for his betrayal. The end is quite hopeless.
In Survival is Victory, which is another story altogether, this time reader tries to make Aegon fall in love with her so that she can use it to her advantage. The ending is bittersweet.
Then I have two oneshots that are linked, Since Nothing is Forever Yours and its sequel, The Essential Mercy of Pain.
In this story, Rhaenyra's daughter and Aegon are in love when the war starts, but she escapes when Aegon is crowned. He goes after her and gets her back; the ending is angsty but perhaps a tad hopeful.
As you can see I love this couple as I have written about them for three separate stories, and I'm not saying that I will never write about this dynamic again, but it would require a damn good and original idea. If you have one, I'll be happy to hear it.
