Art has not been an option for me this summer with how busy I've been with this little guy.

I introduce, Kenai! My new little adventure buddy. I love this little dude to freaking pieces.

We're currently soaking up the Maine summer while it lasts, making the best of every beautiful sunny or rainy day we have.

I could not ask for a better pup. Keeshonds have been a long time favorite breed of mine, and I'm so grateful to have the opportunity to raise one again.

On a more personal note, it's been a pretty lonesome experience up here. Maine has a lot of beauty to offer, but not many opportunities to make friends.

I've been struggling with depression pretty bad too after loosing my father to cancer earlier this year, and several other things.

But I'm working through it, making the best of every day I can, and trying to stay positive.

I'm so grateful for my family and the life I have right now. And now, my new companion Kenai.
