This is one of the few fanarts that I'm actually proud of.
Especially I suck in drawing humans.
Which, well, you probably noticed already. But hey, I'm still learning!

Hirka Halelaus from The Raven Rings by Siri Pettersen
a redraw of this
Art inspired from Siri Pettersen book series The Raven Rings. I enjoyed the books full heartedly.
“You are what you are. And you are what you do. When the time comes, the best thing you can do is the right one. The worst thing you can do is nothing.”

So today I finished reading this book:
It is about 660 pages long and I read it completely in Swedish (the original is Norwegian), and it took me a bit over a month to finish! I‘m proud of myself :)
I really liked the story and the world which was all based on norse mythology. Very interesting and I’m happy that I was able to immerse myself in this world even though I read it in my fourth language. I’m excited for the sequels :D
Hirka and Rime from the book Odinsbarn by Siri Pettersen
Morgonglömskan. Den befriande tomheten innan hon var riktigt vaken. Men den rann mellan fingrarna som sand. Hon mindes.
