Since we don't know anything about canon rodef and mime, I'll make my own headcanons for them

I like to think that mimes personality is about negativity
like su!c!de, depression, guilt, gloom, and solitude
Since she's a mime she's muted, how she talks to people is using sign language.
And then rodef, I like to think that his personality and hobbies are the opposite versions of fëdor's
He's bad at drawing, and bad at writing
he's one of those characters who may look innocent, but they're actually an asshole
He has the ability to control minds, and he talks in reverse

In 13 cards, fëdor summons the clones because he wanted them to help Him do whatever, while James summoned those clones so he could have friends and wouldn't be a loser without friends.
(he still gets bullied even after he got friends)
The reason why they are wearing different clothes, and their hair looks a bit different, is because after they were summoned
The two smelt really bad, since they probably haven't taken a bathe for years
So they both took bathes, after they were done james decided to give them new clothes to be nice and be like a friend.
Basically the two got a "glow up" if that's how you wanna explain it
